Israel blocks aid to punish Gaza: there seems to be some kind of international ‘tag’ match going on. While the eyes of the world are on Ukraine, Israel does this:
Israel has announced it will prevent the entry of aid trucks into Gaza – yet another blatant breach of international law – because the Palestinians have refused to depart from the agreed ceasefire timetable by extending ‘phase one’ of the agreement, which has now ended. Israel wants to evade the start of phase two, in which it had agreed to withdraw its forces from Gaza.
Israel has breached its obligations under the deal from day one… Now it is openly announcing that it will commit a crime against humanity, re-imposing the starvation blockade with which it killed thousands of civilians during its ongoing genocide.
