Expelling people for fake ‘anti-Semitism’ hasn’t purged the REAL thugs from Labour

This was entirely predictable: expelling people for fake ‘anti-Semitism’ hasn’t purged the real thugs from Labour.

It seems the Fabian Society, which is affiliated to Labour, is riddled with sexual harassment, bullying and abuses of power:

Obviously LabourList is not as well-trusted by This Site as it once was because it joined in the fantasy ‘anti-Semitism’ witch-hunt in that party – but let’s see what it says:

A “culture of misogyny and marginalisation”, abuses of power and sexual harassment had developed within the Young Fabians, with some current and former members calling it “toxic”.

… “troubling reports of unchecked misconduct: of bullying, of sexual harassment, of poorly understood safeguarding requirements, of marginalisation and abuses of power, occurring in a climate of clique-ism, sexism and opaqueness”.

Issues “repeatedly” raised included a “culture of misogyny and marginalisation” within the organisation and claims power is “regularly misused”… the “culture of misogyny” within the organisation existed on a ‘spectrum’ from being overlooked to salaciousness and through to sexual harassment, though members noted misogyny was part of politics and society more widely.

That is not an excuse!

The panel heard reports of incidents and behaviours of sexual harassment, which included physical contact and even sexual assault… there were “profound safeguarding concerns” over having members as old as 30 socialising with children under the age of 18.

That is an insulting slur against all older people. The problem isn’t any perceived age difference; it is that this organisation has welcomed sexual criminals into its ranks.

Current or former members also reported a lack of trust in and clarity around the complaints procedure, with some fearful about making a complaint about such behaviour… One member is quoted … as saying: “I didn’t know that the person who abused me would know I made a complaint against them.”

That’s just one element among the problems raised among the Young Fabians.

These are people who rise through the ranks and end up being parachuted into safe seats by the party leadership.

These are people who end up running the country. Can you see why this is important?
