Tory MP’s humiliation over benefit sanctions after parking fine whine is delicious

About the best thing that can be said about Tory backbench-occupier Will Quince is that he once auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent to raise around £1,000 for charity.

One wonders whether the charity concerned carries out any work for people who have been sanctioned off of state benefits, though. It might mitigate the effect of this monumental Twitter blunder:

Owned.

It would be welcome if something good came from this. Perhaps Mr Quince will realise the error of his party’s ways and campaign to end this particular sanction against benefit claimants.

Ha ha! Sorry.

What a ridiculous thing to suggest.

Love Jonny Brogdale’s reply to Quince’s whingeing. It sums up the Tory hypocrites perfectly.

Bet he claims the fine back on expenses anyway. So we’ll end up paying.

JB was spot on, but somehow I doubt the mp will be able to relate the similarities int he reason or that compared to being sanctioned he got off lightly.
